  • MINIMUM STAY of TWO (2) or THREE (3) nights required.

  • Extra guests (more than two people) allowed only in Neverland or Rivendell treehouses. Cost per additional guest $50.00 each per night plus taxes.
  • Rising Sun, Glade, Avalon, or Eden Chalets - 1 King bed, max 2 guests
  • Neverland Chalet - 1 King bed, 1 Queen-plus bed, max 4 guests
  • Rivendell Chalet - 2 King beds, 1 Full bed, max 5 guests
    * Up to 5 guests allowed, a maximum of 4 guests is recommended
